Ashley graduated from University of Georgia with a bachelors in Public Relations in 2008. Her early career focused on brand growth initiatives for Chick-fil-A's West Coast Office. Her role expanded to Restaurant Operations and culminated with her opening a San Diego Franchise.

In 2015, Ashley and her husband, Brent, moved to South Florida for the opportunity to raise their son near family. They franchised the Deerfield Beach Chick-fil-A; in 2020 they added a Coconut Creek location.

Ashley initially pursued Real Estate as an investor, focusing on "buy and hold" and "short term" rentals. Since 2017, she has partnered with clients on Residential Real Estate and investments. Her drive to optimize opportunities makes her enthusiastic to support others with their goals.

Baillio took an ownership position in Blue Realty in 2023 and focuses on training and business development for the Blue Realty Team. Ashley continues to lead the Sell South Florida Team as their listing specialist.
